DAO Design is comprised of 2 FPV-crazed nutjobs hellbent on creating products that we wished existed but don't yet. Our products are iteratively designed and rigorously tested to meet the design brief.
Over-thinking designers solve real-world problems.
Though 1st world problems in nature, FPV problems are still very much real. One core philosophy we embrace is "lightness". This means having to make decisions on what to keep/tweak and what to remove. To make this decision, it helps to be objective-oriented. If it doesn't serve the objective, then out it goes.
Efficiency, durability, vibration reduction, ease-of-maintenance, handling, Can it "juicy flick"? As pilots, we tend to want the same things. The question is can the frame designs deliver?
